Hey my website looks different now
I wrote this entire content management system. This is my first PHP and MySQL project. All blog post pointers and website menu structure are stored in MySQL, while the actual content is stored on the web server. The everything (content templates css menu structure not PHP scripts) is edited using custom web based editors written as a part of this project.
The content is generated during editting and stored in a static cache, during normal use, the MySQL database is not needed if there's cached content.
Theres a picture/file uploader/manager, login system, the works. Content uses some fake tags such as <code> to make it easy to display code within a box in a monospaced font like so:
I also made it easy to make links by having internal and external link tags, stuff like that.
Still need to work on the cosmetics though.

Team Circle of Current won 2nd place at the Junior Design Competition at the Waterloo Engineering Competition. We won $250 and the results goes on our official transcript.
For $40 USD + shipping you can grab a Walkera UFO replacement PCB which has three ENC-03 piezoelectric gyroscope sensors and a MMA7260 triple axis accelerometer sensor on a daughter-board. This is a great deal considering the prices of these components individually. However it took over a month for Walkera to backorder and then ship it.
The daughter-board can be de-soldered from the main board and it also has a bunch of passive components for some noise filtering. Ive tested this daughter-board and the signals are well within specifications. Heres some more info about this board.
The main board also has a PCM receiver that you can desolder and use with a PCM transmitter.

The EPP1045 propellers arrived from Tech Model Products the shipping was $5.50 and arrived in less than a week.
This is the first time Ive worked with RC airplane parts. I thought propellers are usually held in place by friction between the hub and the nut that goes on the threaded shaft of the motor. It turns out that the hub on the propellers have a hexagonal recess so the blades dont freespin on the shaft. I have also ordered prop-savers but now it seems like they will be optional (whereas before I thought they would be necessary).
The nut on the shaft may still eventually vibrate loose I will need to check out things such as spring washers and Loctite. Prop-savers have screws but I dont know whether or not they grab onto the shaft well.
