Welcome

My name is Frank and this is my website.

Economical Expeditious Excellent Electrical Engineering Exceeding Expectations

I am an electrical engineer and DIY hobbyist. Currently I work as a R&D hardware engineer for PlayStation (Sony Interactive Entertainment) in the San Francisco Bay Area. On the weekends I am a volunteer mentor for the high school FIRST Robotics Competition team #8033, Highlander Robotics. Previously, I was an electrical engineer for rLoop (a hyperloop pod team) and for Adafruit Industries, I was a volunteer at the MakerSpace of South SF Public Library. I graduated from U of Waterloo in 2013.

On this website, you’ll find articles about my projects, some with tutorials and fully open source. I also create many tools that may be helpful to you. Plus some useful reviews, reverse engineering data dumps, engineering notes, etc. (click on “posts” on the menu bar to view, or checkout the projects category if you are in a hurry)

If you just have a simple question about something, publicly leave a comment on the page where it’s appropriate, or privately send me an email.

If you’d like to invite me somewhere, send me an email. I’d like to attend hackerspaces, presentations, training sessions, etc.
